Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of accidenthelpnetwork.online ("Accident Help Network", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting the website or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and, if you give consent, our TCPA Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

What we are

Accident Help Network is a legal advertising network. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not recommend or endorse any particular attorney. Using this website or submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney.

What we are not

No attorney-client relationship

No attorney-client relationship is created by using this website, submitting information, or speaking with Accident Help Network. An attorney-client relationship begins only if you and an attorney both agree to it, usually in a signed written agreement. Until then, do not send confidential or time sensitive information.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to submit information through this website.

Accuracy of your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own, and that the phone number you provide belongs to you. You agree to our Privacy Policy and, if you give consent, our TCPA Disclosure. If the phone number or email address you gave us is not yours or changes, tell us as described in How to contact us in our Privacy Policy.

Consent to contact

If you check the consent box and submit the form, you agree to be contacted as described in our TCPA Disclosure, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology and artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voices. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you can revoke it at any time as described in that disclosure.

Participating attorneys are independent

Participating attorneys are independent. They decide whether to accept any matter and are solely responsible for their advice, representation, fees, communications, and results. We do not guarantee that you will be contacted by an attorney or that any attorney will accept your matter. Participating attorneys are not our employees or agents, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

No guarantee of results

Content on this website is general information only and is not legal advice. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. We make no promise about whether you have a claim, its value, or how long it may take.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false information, submit information about another person without authorization, interfere with the website, or use automated means to submit forms. You also may not try to access data that is not meant for you, copy the website for another site, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, logos, and design belong to Accident Help Network or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use.

Third party links and services

The website may link to or use services run by others. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accident Help Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from the acts of any participating attorney or partner. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to use the website, which is zero, or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Accident Help Network from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from information you submit that is false or not yours, or from your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced as far as possible and the rest of the terms will remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and TCPA Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver.
