Effective October 6, 2026
This disclosure describes how Accident Help Network and its marketing partners may contact you after you submit a form on accidenthelpnetwork.online.
Your consent
By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages for marketing purposes from Accident Help Network and its marketing partners, including participating attorneys and law firms, using automated technology, including artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice messages, at the phone number you provide, and to receive email at the address you provide.
The consent language on our form
This is the exact language shown next to the consent checkbox on our form:
By checking this box and clicking "Get My Free Case Review", I agree that Accident Help Network and its marketing partners may contact me by phone, text message, and email at the number and email address I provided, including calls and texts made using automated technology and artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice messages, for marketing purposes about my accident inquiry, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM my local time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. I can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text or saying STOP on any call. I also agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and TCPA Disclosure.
Who may contact you
Accident Help Network and its marketing partners, including participating attorneys and law firms licensed in the applicable state, may contact you about your accident inquiry.

- Artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice messages.
- Text messages (SMS and MMS) to the number you provided.
- Email to the address you provided, if you gave one.
When we contact you
Calls and texts are made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Message frequency and rates
The number of calls and messages depends on your inquiry and on how many participating attorneys or partners review it. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for any message.
Text keywords
- STOP: reply STOP to any text to stop text messages from that sender. Similar words such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT are also honored.

Consent is not required
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. If you prefer not to give consent, do not check the box. For other questions, see How to contact us in our Privacy Policy.
How to revoke consent
You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by saying STOP or asking to be removed during any call. You can also revoke consent in writing as described in How to contact us in our Privacy Policy, or in any other reasonable way that clearly tells us you no longer want to be contacted. We honor revocation requests within 10 business days. After you revoke consent, we may send one final text confirming that you will not receive more messages.
Do Not Call compliance
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state telemarketing laws. Your express consent permits contact even if your number is on a Do Not Call list, until you revoke it. We keep an internal do not call list and add your number to it when you ask us to stop.
Reassigned or wrong numbers
Only enter a phone number that belongs to you. If you get a call or text about an inquiry you did not make, or your number used to belong to someone else, reply STOP or say so on the call and we will stop contacting that number. If you change or give up your number, tell us so it is not contacted by mistake.
Carriers are not responsible
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent records
We keep a record of your consent, including the date, time, consent language shown, and a session record from our consent verification provider. These records are kept to prove consent and to honor requests to stop contact, as described in our Privacy Policy.
